RWS is hiring for the role of Associate Project Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of Projects: Ensure projects meet client expectations and achieve targeted profitability levels.
• Estimates and Proposals: Compile estimates and proposals for approval, including detailed notes.
• Adherence to Sales Process: Follow the LQI sales process throughout project delivery.
• Project Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, updating as necessary.
• Financial Monitoring: Closely monitor project budgets, invoicing, and change orders for financial control.
• Project Planning: Implement best methodologies and processes for effective project management.
• Communication: Maintain effective verbal and written communication with clients, Network Offices, and internal team members.
• SDL Project Process Compliance: Adhere to SDL project processes, including the use of Empower, handover forms, status reports, and MDS forms.
• Conference Call Leadership: Host and lead conference calls with clients and team members to facilitate collaboration.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct strategic planning and risk assessments to minimize potential issues.
• Document Management: Accurately file and archive all project-related materials for easy access.
• Mentorship: Monitor and mentor any assigned Project Coordinators/Associates.
• File Analysis: Analyze files using translation memory tools for quality assurance.
• Process Improvement Identification: Identify opportunities for project/process improvements and escalate to the Program Manager.
• Project Meetings: Hold regular project meetings, document discussions, and distribute minutes and action items to the team.
• Invoicing Management: Maintain and update invoicing tables to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Process Document Development: Develop and prepare process documents as needed.
