Nissan India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Associate Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as a team facilitator and constantly focus on leveraging the team on agile values and principles while keeping them focused on project goals.
• Collaborate with the team to succeed in areas such as quality, cost, and time.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce waste in the way of work within the team.
• Provide adequate support to the Product Owner in defining well define product backlog.
• Collaborate on aligning projects to business goals communicating with stakeholders, business users, sponsors, and the Scrum team, and providing visibility and transparency of project status and roadmap by monitoring overall progress.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to embrace a collaborative way of work.
• Help eliminate impediments and blockers to keep the team focused on achieving the sprint goals.
• Coaching individual team members to help embrace an agile way of work.
• Build a high-performance team focused on continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance by escalating people's problems to management when necessary.
• Understand theories behind frameworks such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean thinking, and SAFe
• Improve their approach towards continuous delivery, designing solutions based on incremental or immediate releases based on customers or market demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
