Clockwork Captions is hiring for the role of Associate Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple captioning projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Captioning/Editorial Contribution: Actively participate in captioning projects, utilizing editorial skills to ensure accuracy, style consistency, and high-quality output.
• Resource Allocation and Projections: Coordinate with captioners, editors, and QA personnel, allocating resources effectively and providing regular capacity projections.
• Asset Management: Manage client assets, lead parsing efforts, and organize subtitle-related resources within our asset management system, laying the foundation for archiving.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline project coordination workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and managing expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to guarantee deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and generate regular reports on project status and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination or a related field.
• Excellent editorial and captioning skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.  
• Proficiency in project management software and asset management systems.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Must be available to work the following schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Wednesday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
• Experience in the captioning/subtitling industry.
• Familiarity with OOONA platform.
