Associate Program Manager - Control Tower Job in Bangalore at Meesho

Meesho is hiring for the role of Associate Program Manager - Control Tower!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create visibility of L0/L1/L2 metrics for the supply chain which comprises warehousing, middle mile and last mile
• Interact with stakeholders like POCs from the Warehouse, Middle mile, and Last Mile, to drive improvement in metrics
• Engage with internal stakeholders like cross-functional teams, Meesho Grocery Leadership, etc. to present the daily/monthly/weekly trends in data
• Assist with setting up the team for creating visibility for warehouse and middle mile metrics. As an early joiner, you’ll get the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems. An ideal fit would be great at problem-solving, highly analytical, and driven to create an impact

Requirements:

• B.E./B. Tech. from tier 1 colleges or MBA from tier 1 or 2 colleges (MBA preferred but not necessary)
• 2-5 years of the overall experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the E-commerce/ logistics industry, startups or consulting firms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel, dashboarding and handling large sets of data
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and work on complex projects
• Strong growth track record in the past professional career
• Outstanding written, and oral communication skills and organizational ability
