Testbook is hiring for the role of Associate Program Manager - Business Analytics & Data Science!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Program Ownership: Take complete ownership of the Business Analytics and Data
Science program, ensuring smooth execution of course-related activities. - Content Development: Collaborate with SMEs and interns to develop, refine, and
update program content, ensuring it aligns with industry standards. - Session Planning: Plan and coordinate live sessions, including lectures, hands-on
workshops, and mentor sessions. - Mentorship: Mentor interns working on content development and provide guidance to
learners to enhance their understanding of the subject. - Collaborate with Experts: Partner with industry experts and SMEs to ensure the
program delivers current and relevant material. - Initiative: Take proactive steps to improve the learning experience, suggest new ideas,
and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of total work experience in Business Analytics and Data Science roles or in similar role , ideal would be a mix of both
- Strong interest in designing and developing online courses
- Instructional design acumen
- Strong understanding of fundamentals of Business Analytics and Data Science
