Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize educational programs.
• Understand and address learner concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Monitor program performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the learning experience and learner engagement.
• Assist in the creation of educational content and materials as needed.
• Provide support in organizing and facilitating learning events, workshops, and webinars.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education and program management.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in program management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Python/Java is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
