HealthPlix Technologies Private Limited is hiring for the role of Associate Program Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage doctor communication and onboarding for key strategic projects.
• Align internal stakeholders and work with external partners and vendors to effectively plan and execute various growth initiatives.
• Set up processes to achieve execution at scale for all projects.
• Monitor success metrics and perform ROI analysis to identify growth opportunities and formulate action plans.
• Coordinate with teams across functions to ensure adherence to timelines and targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA preferably from a Tier I or Tier II college.
• 1-3 years experience in managing business programs at scale with a high sense of ownership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills to understand customer requirements, identify authenticity and severity of concerns, and pitch solutions.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
