Yogabar is hiring for the role of Associate Program Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work with team leads and management to create project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product launches.
- Collaborate with various teams, including product development, marketing, supply chain, and sales, to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project milestones and own the NPI process to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify project risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institution.
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or startups.
- Strong organizational and people skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, basic data analysis & problem-solving skills
