Myntra is hiring for the role of Associate - Program Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Owning the program management and planning of Central Sale events at Myntra from ideation to execution to problem-solving
• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of multiple workflows through key events
• Being at the forefront of all events by driving innovation through differentiated experiences and new constructs
• Should be able to make key decisions for future events driven through data analysis
• Driving Geographical activations across key cohorts by understanding the consumer through benchmarking and data-led insights

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience E-com industry (Program Management, Merchandising, Category, Business, Marketing)
• Preferably MBA/ PGDM in Marketing with strong analytical skills & business acumen
• Result-oriented and ownership-driven, can end-to-end own a process/ project with strong attention to detail.
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines.
• Consumer-centric mind-set and ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
