Clinisys is hiring for the role of Associate Professional Services Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in implementing Clinisys software and applications under the direction of consultants and project managers.
• Support configuration tasks to align software with laboratory workflows.
• Attend internal and client meetings to observe and contribute where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and client interactions.
• To keep abreast of ongoing and future Laboratory regulations, working practices, products and technologies.
• Respond to requests from line managers and project leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support collaborative efforts.
• Participate in project activities such as scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination as directed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of healthcare, life sciences, or public health workflows is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Familiarity with IT systems and software implementation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Some exposure to IT, software, or healthcare environments.
• Experience in project coordination or support roles is a plus.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems is typically required. Some roles may prefer or require a master's degree.
