Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for providing day-to-day support on client projects.
• Work closely with Senior Associates and Project Leads to execute various projects.
• Handle time-sensitive research requests from clients, including scoping client needs and delivering custom research support.
• Provide appropriate solutions to end clients based on research findings.
• Build and recruit new topic experts through active research and networking.
• Develop relationships with experts who are leading thought leaders in their respective industries.
• Collaborate with the product delivery team to work on new product/service offerings.
• Provide proactive solutions and suggestions to improve team processes and enhance client experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
• Campus freshers with a passion for excelling in client servicing roles are also welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of confidently driving discussions with end clients.
• Inquisitive individuals with a passion for problem-solving.
• University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• Possess an agile mindset, curiosity, excitement to work in a fast-paced environment, and the courage to break tradition
