Eurofins Scientific is hiring for the role of Associate Product Sustenance Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop expertise in in-house applications.
• Responsible for driving all technical and functional issues toward closure
• L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
• Creation of tickets and tracking through the cycle
• Coordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirements. 
• Support the L3 team during implementation.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Competent in English.
• Good knowledge of database manipulation skills (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to produce clear written material.
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused and goal-orientated with keen attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
