Zype is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager: Internal Loan Management Systems!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of our internal LMS product to meet the evolving needs of our lending business.
• Understand and document the backend functioning of the LMS, ensuring seamless integration with our lending processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
• Prioritize product backlog and work closely with the engineering team to deliver high- quality updates and features.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the LMS.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the lending industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management within the fintech sector, specifically with Loan Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, including database management and API integrations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
