Locus is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Development Support: Collaborate with our product management team to contribute to the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge logistics solutions. Share your insights and ideas to shape product roadmaps. 
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements. Ensure that these requirements are communicated clearly and comprehensively to our development teams. 
• Product Testing: Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee that new features and enhancements meet our rigorous standards for functionality and performance. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain essential product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. 
• Customer Engagement: Engage with our valued customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for optimizing our products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
• Project Management: Assist in project management activities, including defining project scope, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in product management, logistics, or a related field is a must. 
• Experience in B2B Product Management will be a plus. 
• Strong inclination to work in the SaaS space. 
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 
• Strong email communication skills. 
• Excellent analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
•  Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
