Digitap AI Enterprise Solutions is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: 
  Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings within the client and market landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  Work closely with engineering, sales and customer support teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: 
  Utilize analytical skills to interpret product usage data and contribute to data-driven product decisions.
• Product QA: 
  Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that product releases meet the company's standards and client expectations. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues prior to launch.
• Training and Documentation:
  Provide training to internal teams and clients to ensure effective product utilization. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications and user guides.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong understanding of product management techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
