JUSPAY is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, from ideation to delivery, operations, and customer engagement
• Own and align with the organization's vision to guide product direction and impact
• Develop a deep understanding of the payments domain, including market dynamics and user behavior
• Build technical awareness, particularly in functional programming languages like PureScript and Haskell
• Gain proficiency in mobile UX/UI design using tools such as Sketch and Flinto
• Analyze user journeys and optimize payment conversions using tools like SQL, Tableau, and data science techniques
• Deliver impactful, time-bound product outcomes by being hands-on and leading by example
• Design and implement framework-level solutions that address core problems at scale
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams including TPAs, developers, designers, business development, and senior management
• Engage with external stakeholders including CxOs, senior executives, product managers, and developers from merchant companies, banks, and vendors
• Continuously improve and optimize product development processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
