Associate Product Manager Job in Bangalore at Redbus

• Define the API/Whitelabel Distribution product roadmap and ensure its execution through cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with horizontal product managers (CRM, Payments, Supplier facing portals, etc) and align the roadmap within the broader product framework
• Work with partners to curate the right merchandizing offering for the TG
• Closely monitor & analyse the product metrics and present related hypotheses to help make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with engineering platforms to create data flow pipelines that aggregate the relevant data and present a holistic view of product performance
• Work with the MIS & Reporting team to create relevant dashboards that provide transparency across the board

Requirements:

• Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs), PDLC, and Product Management (driving usage, optimization, etc.) on both Web and Apps.
• Experience in running rigorous A/B tests across desktop, mobile web, and apps
•  Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with Web and App analytics tools, heatmap tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc. Working knowledge of basic statistics and SQL
• Business acumen to appreciate how all aspects of business come together and understanding levers for business growth and profitability
• Educational Qualification: MBA from a top school
• Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 2 to 3 years in Product
