Associate Product Manager Job in Gurgaon at Probo

Probo is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Problem Solving & GTM Strategy:
   • Identify and articulate problem statements, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with GTM objectives.
   • Define, track, and achieve metrics that measure the success of product initiatives.
2. Coordination & Project Delivery:
   • Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution-level details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions that meet customer demands.
   • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to facilitate the seamless delivery of projects.
   • Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives.
3. Data-Driven Insights:
   • Conduct in-depth data analysis using Python and SQL to derive actionable insights.
   • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor product performance and user behavior.
   • Provide market and customer context to the product engineering team, ensuring that development aligns with customer needs.
4. Product Strategy Support:
   • Assist in shaping product roadmaps based on data-driven insights and market trends.
   • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
   • Develop customer evaluation programs and prepare customer messaging for product issues in areas of ownership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience in creating and managing dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical concepts. 
• Experience with A/B testing, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
