mPokket is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and user needs
• Create detailed documentation, including user stories, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and user experience/interface expectations
• Understand the overall product vision and how individual features and functionalities contribute to it
• Define and document the details of product features, ensuring alignment with the big picture
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure accurate and complete requirement documentation
• Ensure that user experience and interface expectations are clearly defined and communicated to the development team
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve requirements gathering and documentation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical abilities and abilities with work with numbers and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and communicate requirements
• Familiarity with product management tools, documentation platforms, and software engineering processes
• Ability to understand and articulate the big picture while defining detailed requirements
• Passion for understanding user needs and ensuring exceptional user experiences
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• A self-starter with an open and curious mind willing to learn continuously
