Jar is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute on the product roadmap for your stream
• Work a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data, design, and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency
• Define, track, and report on the key product, business, and customer metrics

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience working as a Product Manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
• Independent and curious, you set your targets, ask for help when you need it, and are always looking to learn something new
• You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out and make it your mission to deliver quality products
• You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
• You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
• You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicator. Bonus: Past co-founder or fintech experience at scale
• Experience in building consumer-facing product
• Experience in a Data, OKR and Experimentation driven organization
• Must be able to communicate in a clear, structured way. Author BRDs, PRDs, Test Cases, Reports, Scope Documents etc
• Proven record of building consumer or supplier (B2C) facing products
