Krafton is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsiblities of the Candidate:

• Assist in managing and coordinating game projects from initial planning to launch and live service.
• Support in defining project objectives, schedules, and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress efficiently.
• Aid in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide input for continuous improvement.
• Contribute insights and recommendations based on data analysis, under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Participate in building knowledge and understanding of data-driven insights within the team.

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduates from premier institutes will pass out in 2024 only (preferred IIT)
• Specialization in computer science, game design, or a related field will be preferred
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Any relevant internships, coursework, or personal projects demonstrating your passion for gaming and project management would be a plus
• Most importantly an attitude to go above and beyond in getting the little things done
• Extremely high attention to detail is the basic requirement for this role

• Excellent academic performance throughout school and college, as well as leadership positions in extracurricular activities/clubs desired
