PW (Physics Wallah) is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers.
• Analyse current customer journeys to define friction points and enable seamless and effortless experiences.
• Identifying the areas of improvement in the existing business processes is the key here.
• Set and Measure Success Metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritisation of the product roadmap.
• Lead product development as a product owner within an agile scrum team working with a team of Engineers.
• Write user stories, prioritise the product backlog, and work closely with engineers on the team.
• Help monitor the status of ongoing projects at all times and continuously assess risks and impacts to delivery schedules.
• lead cross-functional solutions to complicated problems.
• Dig deeper into complex data structures to understand customer context and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Understand the raw requirements given by the Business & find the corner cases and formulate them into requirement documents.
• Work with Analytics partners to evaluate business cases, launch outcomes, and ongoing platform performance to help build best-in-class experiences.
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, Design, engineering, analytics and business teams.

Requirements:

• Ability to think strategically, simplify and prioritise in an ambiguous environment.
• Good with numbers. Excellent problem-solving skills & learner with a steep learning curve.
• Sound knowledge of System Design & first principles thinking.
• The attitude of Complaining less & getting things done.
• Excellent communication, Analytical and Multitasking skills.
• Exposure to technical skills in Excel, SQL, Wireframing tools, Project Management tools (Jira or Trello), and BI tools (any of Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) will be preferred.
• Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team.
