Zycus is hiring for the role of Associate Product Lead - Product Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be the internal and external evangelist for the product
• Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution
• Perform market research and competitor study to identify the market needs for the product
• Get the accurate pulse of Business Needs through engaging with Customers, Prospects
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and articulate the customer requirements and market requirements into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap.
• Work with the product design team to do user testing and analyze the feedback to enhance the overall user experience of the product
• Identify, define, and implement periodical enhancements in the product to ensure overall product and performance improvements
• Work with Product Development teams to ensure that they understand product requirements, and business needs and actively participate in providing any needed guidance and clarification promptly
• Take appropriate actions to improve product and product line efficiencies and performance to achieve overall revenue, retention, growth, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous work experience
• Good communication
• Strategic Thinking and Business Understanding
• Ability to visualize and Conceptualize ideas/features
• Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc.)
• Ability to adopt a process approach to solve a problem
• Should display exceptional customer focus
• Should be self-motivated and willing to push himself/ herself for excellence
• Follow guidelines and processes for effective product management
• Should be good at Market Research
• Proficient in Customer business process study, Customer validations, Adoption plans, and creating Wireframes
• Should be able to create a User story
• Should track and drive Customer adoption and feedback
• Should be able to conceptualize, visualize, and articulate product ideas
• Should display collaboration skills with various internal as well as external team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, and attention to detail with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions
