Associate Product Consultant Job in Gurgaon at Cvent

Cvent is hiring for the role of Associate Product Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance
• Provide training and best practice tips to hotels and event organizers from around the world using the Cvent Supplier Network to market and sell group business
• Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
• Create and maintain all product documentation
• Document all communication with the client in Cvent’s CRM software
• Strive to meet weekly activity metrics as well as quarterly performance assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in Blended or Voice Process that involves working on Custom tasks & Projects
• Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
• Candidates should be ready to work night / late night shifts
• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
• Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Should have 0 - 5 years of experience with a reputed organization, BPO or call center in supporting US, UK or Australian clients
