• Oversee the end-to-end financial transaction process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in financial transactions.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the TTRO team.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
