Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to understand and deliver against client requirements
• Coordinate and answer queries from in-house and freelance editors across the globe in a timely and professional manner
• Having an in-depth knowledge of all processes within the company
• Cultivating solid relationships with the editors by providing a great personal and professional environment
• Interacting with editors through phone calls and email communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a client servicing role
• Fluent English communication and good email-writing skills with attention to grammar, empathy, and internal processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Analytical skills to identify and plug inefficiencies
• Proficiency in Word and Excel would be an advantage
• Maintaining a positive frame while dealing with high-pressure situations.
