Boeing is hiring for the role of Associate Process Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define, plan, coordinate, and conduct a comprehensive set of product and subsystem-level reviews, change boards, and audits to manage change incorporation. 
• Provides technical configuration management guidance on proper processes for alignment.
• Support the definition and allocation of Configuration Management requirements for product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle. 
• Track and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, configuration, and contractual requirements.
• Work independently within a team environment to manage the Hardware and Software configuration.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a Basic Qualification
• 2-4 years of extensive experience in configuration management in a product development intensive team
• Experience on change management and configuration management activities
• Review/enhance engineering work products as per the needs of the engineering team.
• Good experience in managing processes as per Software/Hardware Change Management process.
• Knowledge and understanding of configuration status accounting processes.
• Knowledge of the toolset –3DX, Alsatian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, and Collaborator, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary to effectively interact with globally located stakeholders.
• Good understanding of DO-254, ARP4754 guidelines.
• Proactively seek information and direction for successful completion of the statement of work.
• Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional team. 
• Support engineering organizations and prepare data for engineering/program release.
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
