Cars24 is hiring for the role of Associate - Post Disbursal!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with internal teams to address discrepancies or delays.
• Monitor and manage holdback amounts in loan disbursement as per policy.
• Ensure timely release of holdback funds upon meeting compliance requirements.
• Interact with customers to guide and collect RTO-related documents.
• Assign and monitor tasks for field runners related to document collection and RTO visits.
• Ensure proper tracking and completion of field activities.
• Track RTO process status and ensure regular updates in internal systems.
• Liaise with RTO agents or agencies for accurate status information.
• Maintain and track PDD as per compliance standards.
• Follow up with customers or dealers for pending documents.
• Collect necessary loan and RTO-related documents from customers.
• Track issuance and dispatch of No Objection Certificates (NOC) post loan closure.
• Monitor pending holdback cases and follow up for timely closure.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in loan disbursement operations / RTO coordination / vehicle finance
• Good understanding of RTO processes and vehicle finance documentation
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Customer-focused approach with good communication skills
• Ability to handle operational escalations efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and internal loan management systems
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
