Associate - Payroll Services Job in Kochi at Alight Solutions

• Processing payrolls and HRIS tasks/activities by meeting the obligations such as TAT & accuracy levels as specified 
• Providing an effective and efficient payroll and/or HRIS service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees’ salaries 
• Responding to requests, queries, and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance customer loyalty 
• Owning and managing the quality and accuracy of operational tasks of the team 
• Supporting and helping facilitate 100% SLA attainment for the team through effective WFM 
• Being a SPOC to the Clients (Internal / External) 
• Being the Innovation champion for the process and team 
• Processing payrolls and HR tasks and Meeting Targets 
• Providing Feedback on Quality Issues Found During Audits 
• Maintaining Accuracy for the team 
• Building and nurturing constructive relationships with the onshore team and internal colleagues from other business areas and contributing to team efforts, team meetings, etc 
• Ensuring that team members get the data required, in the right format and in time to complete payrolls to agreed deadlines 
• Calculating, preparing, and transmitting manual payments and third-party disbursements 
• Coaching and advising team members on Systems and PC usage 
• Suggesting ways in which systems and procedures can be improved to enhance the business 
• Helping TL manage escalations for the team including RCAs, tracking, data collation, and analysis
