Cars24 is hiring for the role of Associate - Payment QC !

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct audits on purchase requests submitted by the retail team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CARS24’s payment policies.
• Review and validate vehicle purchase requests, ensuring appropriate margins and verifying seller and registered owner KYC details.
• Scrutinize current account details to detect potential fraud, prevent financial risks, and identify fake documents.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in vehicle-related documents, including RTO records, and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Work closely with Regional Managers (RMs), Zonal Managers (ZMs), and retail leaders, providing clear communication on purchase request (PR) rejections and necessary corrective actions.
• Assess hypothecation-related documents and analyze CIBIL reports to mitigate risks associated with hypothecated vehicles, such as linked loans or NOCs blocked due to credit card defaults.
• Ensure adherence to strict turnaround time (TAT) for payment approvals, supporting a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• A detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in finance, back-office operations, quality control, or automobile assessment is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexible with working hours and weekly shifts.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts between 9 AM and 11 PM
