Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for the role of Associate - Pay Audit!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Be responsible for auditing the invoices processed by the invoice processing team and take necessary actions if required.
• Complete the assigned work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for researching suspect duplicates based on reports; Conduct analysis and take action if needed.
• Be responsible for maintaining and monitoring vendor payment holds in PeopleSoft.    
• Analyze vendor accounts and collect credits from Vendors.
• Compare vendor terms and Lowe’s terms recorded in the system and update to the best terms before releasing the payment.
• Be responsible for reviewing the recycled invoices in PeopleSoft to determine the validity of the invoice and revise them with additional information if needed.
• Be responsible for following up with the GL team to trace cheques and request stop payments.
• Reconciliate GL accounts based on variance research.
• Be responsible for maintaining SOPs and process Manuals and intimate to the team lead of necessary amendments.
• Achieve the given targets and KPIs.
• Ensure active participation in all process-related trainings and team meetings.
• Collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries, track the FAQs regularly.
• Maintain Zero escalations.
• Support all system enhancement projects.

Requirements: 

• ​Years of Experience: 12-18months in retail accounting services managing payables
• Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance)
• Extensive experience and knowledge in Accounts payable process - PO and NON-PO invoices
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft accounting software
• Preferred knowledge of MS Database
• Hands-on experience in any ERP & Data warehouse, such as SAP, Oracle, Mainframe etc.
• Excellent communication (both oral & written)
• Proficiency in MS Tools
• Knowledge of accounting databases and tracking regular activities
