Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Launching & managing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram using Ads Manager
• Executing and overseeing basic tests: creative, LPs, audiences, and conversion events
• Monitoring and reporting of performance
• Identifying issues leading up to a launch and during a live campaign that would prevent hitting KPIs and performance benchmarks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any domain with 2+ years of experience in executing social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, and Reddit
• Experience in managing campaign pacing and performance, providing internal and client teams with insights or optimization recommendations
• Experience pulling data and generating intermediate Excel reports
• High attention to detail, basic analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Problem-solving mentality, always looking for more efficient ways to improve the process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated; independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple channels
