Bain & Company is hiring for the role of Associate - Org CoE!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop knowledge on different diagnostics/solutions or clients within the Org domain and thus, add to the overall insights and thinking on projects, guiding case teams to deploy the most efficient mix of tools on their case
• Understand client needs across multiple contexts/ geographies/industries and screen realistic solutions based on sound reality checks to recommend actionable solutions 
• Support the Manager/Project Leader to drive the day-to-day execution of cases and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
• Take responsibility for assigned work streams and generate hypotheses. Effectively understand the work plan and execute it (includes industry research, preparing presentations, data analysis and other initiatives)
• Ensure zero-defect analysis in own work stream ensuring key questions are answered promptly
• Work with different analytical tools and reinforce continuous understanding of Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and other new-generation tools that might be relevant for different solutions/cases
• Work closely with internal and external ecosystem partners on behalf of the Organization practice to obtain and create robust organisational analytics benchmarks that are to be leveraged by teams across the Bain network
• Structure communication of insights from own workstream. Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
• Start to provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team’s analysis of complex workstreams/ cases across geographies on the Organization's topic
• Seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions; recognize different skills and development needs in oneself and work towards them

Requirements:

• Candidates should be graduates/post-graduates with strong academic records
• Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies – 2-5 years of exposure to management consulting
• Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies – 0-3 years of exposure to management consulting
• An understanding (or experience) of the Organization/Operating Model topic with a good insight into data, metrics and trends covered within this space is good to have
• Experience with any of the following topics is a plus – survey-based tools and analytics, diagnostics, and benchmarking
• Strong skills in Tableau/Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required with working knowledge of Alteryx
• Experience or knowledge in any of the advanced skills - SQL, Python, R, GenAI, and low-code apps will be preferred
• Bring a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and bring agility to the role
