Bank of America is hiring for the role of Associate- Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Candidate will perform routine processing functions under close supervision, with decisions having minimal impact on internal and external customer relationships.
• Candidate will also be involved in post-execution trade processing, which includes validating, affirming, sending confirmations to counterparties, enter settlements as a maker, process fees and billing.
• Candidate will support the processing of trades to comply with DTPs and ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Exceptional ability to follow up with diligence and professionalism, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and relationships are maintained with clients.
• Keen eagerness to learn and acquire in-depth knowledge and insights about the products handled at the desk.
• Highly versatile, able to adapt quickly to different roles, tasks and challenges with efficiency and confidence
• Previous experience of work in Foreign Exchange and knowledge of Related Circulars will be a added advantage∙
• Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
• Good understanding of the accounting principles
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
