Elevate Services is hiring for the role of Associate - Operations!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Play a key role in onboarding new hires of the company in the EU/UK region. You will be accountable for taking care of the whole employee life cycle from hire to retirement. 
• Be involved in the entire end-to-end onboarding cycle, starting from drafting offer letters to providing HR system access to everything in between. 
• Accountable for ensuring that all new hires experience a smooth and frictionless onboarding and ensuring that you are ready to be productive from day one. 
• Manage and create profiles on HRIS/various other HR systems. 
• Draft and manage offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates in the EU/UK region. 
• Learn and manage statutory compliance in the EU/UK region. 
• Work on and manage the People Operations ticketing system. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new hires or leavers have a smooth experience throughout the Elevate journey. 

Requirements:

• We can look fora  Fresher with an MBA in  HR, 16 months to 2 years, experience, and knowledge of Operations.
• Experience in Compliance.
• Decent communication skills.
• EU/UK region experience.
• A keenn eye for detail and analytical skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.   
• Graduation /HR background, commerce, MBA HR
