Yubi Group is hiring for the role of Associate - Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Complete client ownership - manage inbound customer queries over chat and email.
- Ensure the customer is heard throughout the escalation process in the event of escalations.
- Conduct demos, walkthroughs, etc for clients.
- Assist customers through occasional phone calls.
- Handle payments and related operations
- Provide customer insights and bug reports to tech and product teams for feature improvement.
