IFI Techsolutions is hiring for the role of Associate - Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and operations. (Ensure the team follows the SOPs)
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
• Overseeing money transactions, invoicing, and accounting
• Employing means to control company costs
• Generating operations reports
• Devising profitable strategies for businesses basis extensive market and competitive landscape research
• Monitor and manage expenses incurred by various departments like HR, Sales, Technology, accounts, etc. within the established budget including reviewing and payment of bills and invoices
• Track long-term sales data and receivables
• Coordination/follow up with Sales team/clients for timely payment of receivables
• Invoice Generation for clients in coordination with the Sales Team
• Management of general office operational tasks and expenses
• Monitor and assist with customer retention
• Assist with account management in coordination with the Sales Team

Requirements:

• 0 - 1 years of experience working in IT Industry. 
• B.Com/B.Sc/BCA/B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA.
