About this Job
CoolBoots Media is hiring for the role of Associate-NOC!
Responsibility of the Candidate:
- Will be responsible for performance tracking and upkeep of vital services across products
- Tracking performance of critical statistics that impact product performance
- Maintain important statics for each product on an excel for regular review
- Perform an hourly check on crucial app flows and processes
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Understanding of reading performance of servers
- Ability to evaluate DB performance
- Reading and understanding log files
- Reading understanding stats and performance numbers
- Able to evaluate and raise an alarm in case of any issues noticed
- Working in a 24 x 7 environment is a primary requirement
- Good Analysis and reporting skills
- Basics of Excel.
- Experience in Product and Application Monitoring.
- Fair Knowledge of Server Monitoring.
