Groww is hiring for the role of Associate - Mutual Fund Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize Excel functions and formulas for preparing data.
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and portfolio managers to address their inquiries and provide insights on investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting with AMC, RTAs, Exchanges & other third parties.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements governing mutual funds.
• Ensure all activities and processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to support mutual fund initiatives and deliver integrated solutions to clients. Collaborate on product development and enhancement projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1-2 years in the mutual fund industry, with a strong understanding of different fund types, investment strategies, and risk management practices.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks governing the mutual fund industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Qualification: Any Graduate
