Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitoring the performance of internal teams based on contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Customer communication and Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing strong relationships.
• Sourcing products at suppliers if required.
• Supporting and escalating Product Master Data and pricing.
• Targets: Meet/exceed regional SLA based on a contractual agreement.
• Planning/Forecasting: Plan, forecast, and achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
• Seeking ways to improve efficiency: Pro-active participation in technical enhancement, developing strategies to constantly improve team performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, stability, and flexibility to work in any shift preferred.
• Proficiency in Life Science product range with respective units of measure.
• Organizational and computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access, and format within MS Word and Excel preferred.
• A clear ability to manage customer interactions professionally by demonstrating excellent listening and organizational skills, and by using probing questions and reflective language to engage customers and build trust.
• Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and regional responsibilities.
• Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Highly customer-focused as well as proactive and team-focused.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with various internal stakeholders (Service centers and local teams).
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
