Myntra is hiring for the role of Associate - Marketplace Seller Experience!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify opportunities for improvement in marketplace processes and develop structural solutions to enhance seller experience. Responsible for end-to-end design and execution of initiatives.
• Conduct analyses to define objectives and key results for programs, supporting business decisions with data.
• Identify industry trends and perform benchmarking to shape critical initiatives in the e-commerce marketplace ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category management, supply chain, finance, legal, and tech, to ensure seamless execution of programs and make necessary course corrections.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and newsletters to enhance the visibility of programs internally and externally.
• Track the status of initiatives against expected timelines and intended impact.
• Address issues and problem-solve with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives are on track.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of overall experience in working on end-to-end data-driven programs, preferably in consulting, e-commerce, supply chain, or the fashion industry
• Graduation, preferably in B.E/B.Tech/MBA
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities, with experience in presenting to senior leadership
• Sharp business acumen, problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills
• Proven track record of solving unstructured problems, managing multiple initiatives, handling stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
• Experience in working with SQL, PowerPoint, and complex spreadsheets
• E-commerce experience is desirable
