Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements.
  • Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients.
  • Leverage data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Manage working relationships with client managers and act as a trusted and reliable partner.
• Team Collaboration & Culture
  • Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
  • Plan, organize, and structure work for self and junior consultants.
  • Identify effective analysis structures to address client problems.
  • Synthesize analyses into relevant findings.
  • Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management.
  • Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development.
  • Grow from coaching to owning day-to-day project management across client projects.
  • Mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings.
• Provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence.
• Experience with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS).
• Ability to build, manage, and maintain database structures.
• Strong experience in authorization, fraud, and/or credit risk.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country of application and obtain travel visas as required
