Associate Manager - Sales Job in Gurgaon at Tyroo

Tyroo is hiring for the role of Associate Manager - Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create new business opportunities for Tyroo x Criteo business in India
• Build, cultivate, and leverage a strong, high-value network of clients
• Develop proposals, make pitches, and close opportunities
• Anticipate issues and proactively communicate both internally and externally
• Forecast and own quarterly/ annual revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze sales and market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
• Work at both the strategic and tactical levels to ensure customer success
• Ensure revenue realization through account receivable focus
• Partner with marketing teams to develop and attract client involvement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital media ad sales
• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Understanding of Performance and Programmatic campaigns
• Strong relationships with senior executives in advertising agencies and brands, with the ability to initiate conversations and open doors
• Experience managing a large book of business
• Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player with strong storytelling capabilities
• High initiative and persistence in overcoming obstacles and ambiguities
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an advanced level
