Associate Manager - Product Strategy Job in Bangalore at Meesho

Meesho is hiring for the role of Associate Manager - Product Strategy!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive functional initiatives, central projects, and CPO org priorities, including but not limited to, revamping org structure and ways of working, developing tools & processes to improve org functioning, and initiatives around product planning & organization culture
• Drive implementation of these projects including program management and will go on to own projects as you grow in this role
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership in Product, Tech, Business, Design, and Analytics to drive alignment and execution of your projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other teams to ensure successful execution of functional initiatives, from concept to launch
• Create compelling, effective communications for board meetings, strategy reviews, All Hands meetings, etc.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/MBA degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years of management consulting experience or P&L/Strategy/Chief of Staff roles in startups/tech companies
• Motivation and a keen interest in product management
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
