Associate Manager - Operations Job in Rajahmundry at Adani Group

Adani Group is hiring for the role fo Associate Manager - Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor Boiler, Turbine, Generator, BOP, Electrical Systems etc.
• Start up and shut down of the above system
• Ensure safe isolation and normalization of equipment
• Handle the emergencies
• Ensure routine changeover of equipment and trial of emergency drives
• Handle the emergencies (internal / grid problems)
• Prepare permit for issuing to maintenance
• Follow PTW systems, SOPs
• Notify and timely reporting about defects, and problems in the plant to shift in charge
• Develop and groom subordinates
• Ensure close observation of parameters and respond to deviations
• Keep Energy conservation in all activities. (SOC, APC, DM Water, Heat Rate)
• Maintain all documents as per standards
• Support/follow HR initiatives (PMS, Surveys, Meetings)
• Maintain cordial relations with counterparts of maintenance
• Follow organization culture and values

Requirements:

• BE (Power/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) Graduate
