Associate Manager/Manager - Marketing Job in Gurgaon at Athena Education

Athena Education is hiring for the role of Associate Manager/Manager - Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with internal stakeholders on cross-functional key projects
• Coordinate with the Business Development team as well as the Brand/Content function, to ensure effective campaign delivery and continuous improvisation
• Coordinate with a designer for website changes and other ad collaterals
• Take ownership and set up a strategy for all digital marketing campaigns
• Lead execution of campaigns across channels (SEM, Google - Search/YouTube/Discovery, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels)
• Plan annual ad campaign budget
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimize user funnels
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance
• Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
• Regular updates on the Athena website and continuous monitoring through analytics Coordination with the Product team to ensure timely updates.
• Ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels
• Explore vendor partnerships and new channels for paid acquisition
• Define strategy and communicate exact expectations to the design team for video and graphic content for performance campaigns
• Lead marketing strategy for events in collaboration with the Business Development and Content teams
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Provide SEO research to the Marketing and Design Team for content
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to meet key performance metrics
• Understand Analytical tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, CleverTap, etc
• Support Athena and its sister organizations with other tasks to support BD and Marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters from Tier 1 college
• Min 1+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing
• Experience working with a premium brand is a plus
