Upraised is hiring for the job role of Associate Manager Learning!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Learning roadmap & strategy: Define & strategize the learning roadmap
• Setting up systems & processes: Setup systems and run the learning and associated ops
• Content Development: (a) Develop learning objectives & structure learning activities, (b) Develop content pieces & assessments
• Define & own content KPIs around learning effectiveness for the end user goals
• Experimentation & iteration: (a) Run experiments with users on each content piece, (b) Coordinate with alumni to understand the effectiveness of the content & scope for further improvement, (c) Analyze trends in learning technologies
• Working with stakeholders: Regularly coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders from the Product, Engineering, Program, and Outcome teams
