Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Leverage data validation rules and apply logic to submitted charge data, updating and verifying details to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear updates on transaction statuses and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Handle and communicate all inquires related to workflow progress, approval processes and escalations.
• Proficiency in analyzing data sets, validating intercompany transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share transaction management insights, assist with complex cases, and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.

Requirements:

• Graduate in accounting/finance
• 3-4 years financial or accounting experience
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
• Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
• Analytical skills to identify and resolve transaction-related issues, and the foresight to implement proactive measures for process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn
• SAP application experience is preferred
• Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
• Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
