DXC Technology is hiring for the role of Associate Manager, ERP Package Applications!

Responsibilites of the Candidate:

• System Configuration and Implementation: This involves setting up and configuring SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) to manage direct material flow, including defining workflows, user roles, and integration with other systems.
• Direct Material Sourcing and Procurement: Participating in the sourcing process for direct materials, potentially using SAP Ariba Sourcing, and managing the resulting purchase orders and contracts.
• Supplier Collaboration: Working with suppliers through Ariba Network to facilitate communication, confirm orders, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring Material Flow: Tracking the movement of direct materials from suppliers to the production site, monitoring inventory levels, and identifying potential disruptions or delays.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the direct material flow process, such as delivery delays, quality problems, or invoicing discrepancies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on direct material flow, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all activities related to direct material flow comply with relevant regulations and company policies, potentially including those related to quality, safety, and security.
• Integration with other systems: Integrating SAP Ariba with other systems like SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless data exchange and process execution.

Requirements:

• SAP Ariba Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and potentially other modules like SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Direct Material Experience: Experience working with direct materials, understanding their unique requirements and challenges.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the direct material flow process.
• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Ariba.
