PhonePe is hiring for the role of Associate Manager - Content Writer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging and persuasive content for push notifications and email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for blogs and press releases that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and curation teams to create product descriptions and promotional materials that highlight key app features and benefits
• Data-Driven Approach:
  • Leverage data insights provided by the Data Science team to inform content creation and campaign strategies
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels, using metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content
• Campaign Management:
  • Work closely with the Content, Product, and Marketing team to plan, develop, and execute content strategies for monthly campaigns across various channels
  • Ensure that all user communications are personalized and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of different user segments
• CRM Operations:
  • Assist in the execution of CRM tasks such as user segmentation, campaign setup
  • Analyzing user behavior data to optimize content strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry
• Proven track record of creating engaging content for push notifications, email marketing
• Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and best practices in mobile app marketing
• Experience with email marketing platforms and push notification tools is a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
• Passion for mobile apps and a keen interest in the Indian tech landscape
